How do I open a wholesale account?

Complete these forms and fax them to Decorator Shades & Blinds at 215-340-9138.

Are samples rebated?
All samples are quickly and easily rebated and we keep the records for you. Some samples are rebated 100% on your first order for that product and other samples are rebated at a rate of 25% of purchases for that product.

 

Do you have a RUSH option for quicker delivery?
All products except for shutters and Tableaux products can be ordered with a RUSH option. RUSH orders will ship in 4 – 5 business days and the surcharge is $25 per unit. The material must be in stock for us to process a RUSH order.

What are you lead times?
Approximate production times:

  • Bamboo, Grass & Exotic Reed shades – 10 business days
  • Bamboo, Grass & Exotic Reed sliding panels or folding doors – 10 business days
  • Carved Wood Cornices – 4 weeks
  • Faux Wood Blinds – 7 business days
  • Honeycomb Shades – 7 business days
  • Horizontal 2” Bamboo Blinds – 7 business days
  • Tableaux Shutters Ornamental Shutters – 5 weeks
  • Tableaux Traceries Architectural Scrolls – 5 weeks
  • Wood Blinds – 7 business days
  • Wood Shutters – 5 weeks

Will you drop ship to my installer or customer?
Yes. We will ship to the address that you specify on your order. Shipments that must go by truck, due to size, can only ship to a commercial address.

How much is your handling fee?
We do not charge a handling fee even though many of our competitors do.

What is your warranty?
For the life of the custom shade or blind, we will repair without charge any defect in parts or workmanship.

This warrantee extends to the original purchaser and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse, improper handling or maintenance. Discoloration due to exposure to the sun over a long period of time, exposure to salt air, improper cleaning, or being exposed to moisture, failure to follow operating instructions do not apply to this warranty.

All moving parts such as cords will eventually wear out and fabric may fray. Decorator Shades & Blinds considers these things as normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover transportation, removal or reinstallation of the product, or incidental damages.
